So, what is it all about? Top Energy is owned by a Consumer Trust which means we act in the best interests of our 34,000 consumers in the Far North. Consumer NZ has identified that electricity consumers in the Far North may be able to save up to $550 a year on their power bills by ensuring they are on the best electricity retailer plan for their usage.

To make sure our consumers are getting bang for their buck, we are running a campaign from February to May 2025 to engage with our Far North residents, help them understand their bills and find the best plan for them.

And, of course, this is where you come in - we need a group of Campaigners who are keen to help us achieve our goals by approaching our consumers both in their homes and at public events.
