Family friendly

We believe that happy staff are productive, and we appreciate that happiness starts at home. As an organisation we do our best to accommodate your family and community commitments.

Communication

We actively seek feedback from our staff and work hard to keep everyone informed. We ask our employees to complete a survey and these results help identify areas that the company commits to improving. The company produces a quarterly newsletter featuring articles from our people and different divisions in our organisation, ensuring everyone is up to date with what's happening in the company. We also run an induction day for all new employees. This provides them with information about our company and the various divisions. The CEO  attends and does a brief presentation on the business. This is followed by a tour of our Power Station  The day finishes with a lunch attended by the CEO and General Managers.
