Receptionist

The Top Energy Group operates throughout the Far North delivering geothermal electricity generation and electricity network operations. Our purpose is providing affordable and sustainable energy for Far North consumers, which we are achieving by transforming the Top Energy Group into a technology-enabled energy company that generates and facilitates two-way energy flow between renewable energy generators and consumers.

Due to an internal transfer, we are now seeking a Receptionist to provide a dynamic customer service experience to clients and visitors to the Kerikeri office. Your vibrant personality coupled with your strong work ethic will allow you to thrive in this role, along with an enthusiasm to develop your skills and adapt to new tasks. Duties will include handling incoming telephone calls, managing all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, carrying out Account Payable related work, and providing administrative support to our Corporate Office.

This position will report to the Financial Controller.

Key areas of focus will be:

To succeed in this role, you will have 1 to 2 years reception experience or the equivalent time in a customer service or administration role. Display excellent computer skills especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. A current full NZ driver's licence is required.
